TrafficWatch Video-Analytics

TrafficWatch is a Video-Analytics (“VA”) based on system. The system uses VA to monitor or “Watch” for behaviours in traffic and can be used for the following applications:

Off-Street parking enforcement
On-street parking enforcment
Bus Lane monitoring

Moving-traffic offences, such as:

No Left	No Right	No Turn	No Stopping in a yellow-box junction

Video-Analytics requires the system to “learn” the shape recognition and apply a set of rules across a geospatial matrix. VA potentially replaces Human CCTV-Operators in the traditional “Capture” mode and can trigger video-capture pre and post the “offence”
